Paintings
I began painting in acrylics 2024. Really, I've been painting and drawing all my life, so this is an exciting new departure. I'm drawn to the Quotidien - the beauty in everyday objects, and the things that give us pleasure. A tiny jar, a runner bean, a sign, or a tin. I exhibited in the Royal Academy of Arts 2025 Summer Exhibition, and my work is now in private collections.
It's ever growing, so sign up to my Newsletter for the latest projects and pieces to own.
Bookbinding
For me, printing and bookbinding are interlinked.
I love the process of creating a miniature world within a book, and they are often inspired by a journey or something I've seen. The books are printed or drawn, often with hand stitched covers. They are small treasures and made in very small quanities. You can see these at Book Fairs. Stay in touch via the Newsletter for more!
Print Making
I've been printmaking for over 25 years begining at home on my dining table. Now I teach classes, and am a member of Lewes Printmakers. The Group was started by one of my printmaker idols Peggy Angus. I love experimenting and mixing techniques to form an image, using lino cut, TetraPack, monoprint and using it in my bookmaking. Its really fun and expressive.
Here's just a small selection.
